I have often heard that life imitates art. I disagree. Life in itself is art, the poetic irony of something so intertwined in mystery, so beautiful and simple yet complex, like the human being, the greatest form of life; Planning ahead, scrapping together every knowledge we can lay our hands on., all in anticipation of its end. The fear of dying enhancing the value of life, so we cherish our lives like it is so delicate and precious, often trying to prolong it, to breathe every minute so not to waste a precious drop, like thirsty dogs., Often, we miss the bitter truth that is wrapped inside us the very first day we gasp for air, the truth that escapes us as we yell for attention and all thing earthly, The truth is that we are born dying; Every second we breathe, every plan we make, every knowledge we gather, every drop we taste, is a step towards death.
